Below is the registration link to the vaccination clinic in Ignacio. The clinic is at the Ignacio Middle School (222 County Road 320) and all eligible applicants (65+) must be registered using the below link. The clinic will be on Saturday, February 13th and vaccination appointments will be confirmed after registrations are complete.

Also, we have a call-in registration number for eligible applicants (65+) without internet service or the ability to register online. That number is 970-563-9501 and only from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
All registrations are on a first come first serve basis.
