The state of Colorado announced a new chapter in mitigation measures to COVID-19 and lessened restrictions across the state.

KSUT's Sarah Flower talks with Liane Jollon, executive director of San Juan Basin Public Health (SJBPH), about the changes to state and federal levels that direct the local level to respond to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and the court's ruling in a lawsuit against SJBPH.
