The family of a dedicated Navajo Nation search and rescue firefighter, Heriberto “Eric” Trevizo, desperately searches for answers after his disappearance. Trevizo, a 52-year-old male, from Farmington, New Mexico, went missing in the Las Vegas area or traveling home where he was excepted to return on Saturday, February 10. He was last seen wearing black cargo pants, a sweatshirt, and tennis shoes, according to Farmington Police social media post.

Trevizo was reported to be driving a 2006 Ford F-150 Extended Cap Charcoal Gray truck with New Mexico Plates, AYHZ27.

With heavy hearts, Trevizo’s daughters, Maree McCarty and Kenny, addressed a concerned audience through a Facebook livestream on Tuesday evening. As they await updates from the ongoing investigation, they emphasized the urgency of finding their father, highlighting his extensive experience in search and rescue.

“Every minute counts,” said Maree, her voice trembling with emotion. “He dedicated his life to helping others, and now we need your help to bring him home.”
