Village at Wolf Creek development rejected by federal judge

For the second time in 5 years, courts have rejected plans that would have developed real estate that could house up to 8,000 people at 10,000 feet above sea level. Environmental groups said the project failed to address concerns about energy resources, emergency services, and impacts to wildlife in the area.
