KSUT is introducing a new short feature to our weekend programming lineup.
Garden Guys is hosted by Tom Bartels and Darrin Parmenter.
Hear Garden Guys on KSUT Saturday mornings at 8:35 (during Weekend Edition).
The first episode airs this Saturday, August 28.

Darrin is the Southwest Region CSU Extension Director. Tom is a longtime Four Corners gardener. They provide a light-hearted glimpse into the trials and benefits of gardening in the Four Corners and Southwest.
Each week, show topics include:
- Growing a diversity of fruits and vegetables in a challenging climate.
- Tips on seeding, planting, processing, and eating the bounty around us.
- Garden disasters (and how to avoid them).
- Wintering, canning, and preserving.
- Tomato Whispering
Tom and Darrin will also take your garden questions, for which they have some answers. If not, they’ll make something up. It’s all in the spirit of cultivating a little fun!
